These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of websites and other online services operated by or on behalf of Anotherland Ventures LLC (collectively, the "Sites"). The Sites may include artist websites and other services that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read it.
3. eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Sites. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. license to use the sites
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
5. intellectual property
All content on the Sites (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design) is owned by or licensed to Anotherland and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Sites or content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
6. acceptable use
You agree not to:

- — attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, accounts, or systems
- — interfere with the Sites' operation or security
- — scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Sites without permission
- — upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. user content
If the Sites allow you to submit content (for example comments, messages, photos, videos, or contest entries) ("User Content"), you represent that you have the rights to submit it.
By submitting User Content, you grant Anotherland a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, and modify your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Sites and Anotherland's artists and projects, including for marketing and social media, unless otherwise stated in specific promotion rules.
We may remove User Content at any time.
8. unsolicited submissions
We and our artists receive many creative ideas. Do not send unsolicited songs, recordings, lyrics, treatments, scripts, artwork, or other creative materials ("Unsolicited Materials").
If you nonetheless send Unsolicited Materials, you agree that:
- — the materials are not confidential and no fiduciary relationship is created, and
- — we are free to use or develop similar ideas without compensation or credit to you
9. promotions
From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, or similar promotions. Those promotions may be governed by additional rules ("Promotion Rules"). If Promotion Rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion Rules control for that promotion.
10. third-party services and links
The Sites may link to third-party websites or services (streaming platforms, ticketing, merch, socials, etc.). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use is at your own risk.
11. disclaimer of warranties
THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANOTHERLAND AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE SITES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anotherland and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Sites.
15. copyright and dmca notices
If you believe content on the Sites infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent:

16. changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Sites after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
18. miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Sites and supersede prior agreements on this subject.
