Anotherland, LLC ("Anotherland") operates websites, applications, stores, and other services (which we refer to in this privacy policy as "Apps") to help our artists stay connected with fans in personal and meaningful ways.

This privacy policy describes Anotherland's information practices, including the collection, use, and sharing of data and information through Apps that link to this privacy policy, as well as when you visit or make a purchase from anotherland.com (the "Site") along with the choices and rights you have to control those data practices.

Personal Information We Collect

When you choose to provide information via Apps or through other interactions with Anotherland, such as subscribing to direct marketing, correspondence with us via e-mail, social media, SMS, telephone, or other methods, what may be collected is:

— your name, country of residence, e-mail address, phone number, login information, including certain social media profile information if you login with a social media account, gender, age or date of birth, payment card information, billing and/or shipping address, clothing sizes or similar physical descriptions, personal description, photographs, videos, images, and comments. We refer to this information as "personally identifiable information".

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

— Relevant Anotherland artists and/or their representatives;
— Other users who leave comments or otherwise contribute content to an App;
— Advertisers, advertising networks, and social networks, and/or
— With other third parties, at your consent.
