Anotherland Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — not just like it, but live-in-it, gift-it, tell-everyone-about-it kind of love. If something's not quite right, here's how we make it better.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • —Unworn
  • —Unwashed
  • —In original condition (tags and packaging still intact)

You'll cover return shipping unless:

  • —Your item arrived damaged, or
  • —We sent you the wrong thing

In those cases, we've got it covered.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

No problem — as long as it's in stock, we're happy to swap it out. Please email us before sending anything back so we can make sure we have your replacement ready. Same condition rules apply:

  • —Unworn
  • —Unwashed

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale or non-returnable can't be returned or exchanged. Thanks for understanding.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Processing time: please allow a few business days after delivery to our return address.
